Dolfun Swim Lessons Registration

Registration is a 2-step process which can be completed in several minutes.

1) Select and pay for a lesson plan. Payment can be made using PayPal, which accepts major credit cards as payment options.

There is one-time registration fee of $25.

NOTE: The regular fee for swim lessons is $60 for 60 minutes (1hr).

Save $200 off the regular $1200 fee when you order 20 hrs. of lessons.
Save $75 off the regular $600 fee when you order 10 hrs. of lessons.
Save $50 off the regular $300 fee when you order 5 hrs. of lessons.

OPTION 2: Pay any amount - use this option to pay the exact amount the a Dolfun Swim Lessons instructor or manager has instructed you to pay. You will be asked for a donation, which is the same as a payment

Waiver/Liability Release

I, the undersigned, hereby agree to allow my child/children/self to participate in the water safety program, including swimming instruction, carried on by Dolfun Swim Lessons (Dolfun), a company. I understand and recognize that there are possible risks associated with the water and swimming. I hereby absolve, release, indemnify and hold harmless Dolfun, it's owners, instructors, sponsors, employees, and agents from any and all responsibility, liability claims or damages or any injuries caused by any act of omissions by any of them, whether or not negligent, that my child/children/self might receive while participating in any activity being carried on in conjunction with these swim lessons. I also agree to indemnify and release the owners, renters or agents of the property from any or all liability claims, demand, action or law suits during my child/children's/self participation in these swim lessons. I further authorize any representative of Dolfun to have the participant treated in the event of a medical emergency during their participation in the Dolfun swim lesson program, and I agree to pay costs associated with the medical care and transportation of the participant. I am a responsible adult and know that if I see any unsafe activity it is my responsibility to correct it and will do so without hesitation. This will help in ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience for all involved in the Dolfun swim program.

Policies and Procedures

All swim lessons must be scheduled and paid in advance. There are no refunds, only lesson credits. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, if possible, by calling us at 925-808-9173. In case of bad weather, in home lessons can be taught which may include stroke techniques, safety rules for pool and open water, and first aid procedures. Please check with your instructor for alternative lessons. In the event of a vacation or long-term absence, please let us know as soon as possible. Please contact Mr. Mitch or your instructor with any concerns that you have at anytime or if you are uncertain about your swim lesson schedule.
